The Good: Match.com truly seems committed to helping you find your perfect match. The Bad: The only bad things I can really find about Match.com are the lack of features and the limited privileges you get with a FREE membership. I also don't like that you can't send emails to other members (unless THEY have a Platinum Membership), but I've found that there aren't many onllne dating services out there that do offer this feature for FREE members. The lack of features really isn't a major Issue in my opinion, since what features they do offer are intended for the sole purpose of helping you find your match.
